By using the Service and by submitting personal data to us through the Service then this Privacy Policy will apply.

Google Analytics

 

Each time someone visits wishingotherswell.org we use the third party service Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to establish things such as visitor numbers to different pages. This information is processed in a manner which does not identify individuals and we do not make or allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visitors.

The Legal Basis under which we are collecting this data is ‘Contractual’; in order to offer the services which you have chosen to purchase from us and ‘Consent’; where you have indicated that you wish to receive certain information from us.

 

How is your personal data used?

 

We will use the personal data you provide to us to:

We will retain personal information for a period of up to 7 years in order for us to fulfil our accounting and taxation responsibilities and in line with our standard company practice.
